Aaron is a husband and father of two boys. He graduated from Lee University with a degree in Business Administration. He has been in the real estate industry since 2002.

Aaron has served as President of Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR).  

Aaron also has served as President of Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF).
